About the Role:
Our client is seeking experienced IATF Auditors to assess and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards in automotive and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external IATF 16949 audits
- Assess processes and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and provide corrective action recommendations
- Prepare detailed audit reports for management and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Certified IATF 16949 Auditor with 3–7 years of auditing experience
- Strong understanding of automotive and manufacturing processes
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software
- Prior experience training staff on quality standards
